Shipping Procedures:

All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges.

Shipping costs will depend on:

carriers and forwarders that we or you choose,

package size and
-
Weight.

No shipments will be made over the weekends or holidays.

All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipment costs may be added to the purchase price.
Returned Goods Policy:
A) A Return Authorization Number (
RAN ) must be obtained from customer service for any and all returns.
B) Products must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition and
in original packing.
C) All returns are subject to the
manufacturers returned goods policy and a 15% restocking charge.
D)
Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of invoice date and should include
the invoice and RAN. A late charge fee of 10% (goods value) will be applied
daily after the 15 days period.
E) Refunds will be issues
for merchandise value only.
F) Please file a damage claim
with the carrier if damage or missing shipment.
G)
Remanufactured equipments CAN NOT be returned.
Payments Terms:
- Net 15 days from date of invoice to established
accounts.
- All prices in U.S. dollars.
- Prices and availability

- Shipment made at price at time of order.
- Orders
via phone will be charged on credit card at the time when the order was
...placed.
- Returned checks will have a $25.00
fee.
